NEW THERMICAL OILOVEN TO BE USED WITH STONEPLATES AND RACKS

 

 

 

 

 

KACHTEM, Ruben Cools a talented baker from the West Flanders, decided after a thoughtful selection to buy a new oil furnace equipped with stone plates through Pinso Benelux.  Baking his products directly on the stone plates as well as baking them on the trays was verry important for him.   The first baking lived up to expectations. To simplify the startup, we as PINSO BENELUX and based of information furnished by the baker, have established a first baking procedure.

The baker has chosen for a rackoven  Thermical oil,  type 2 racks each 60×80 cm and 8 levels high. The oven is delivered including rack with stone plates and a rack with sheets. Due to the arrangement the baker is able to bake a variety in products on a constant quality.  More questions: info@pinso.be
