After a thorough analysis of the bakery industry in the Benelux countries, detailed discussions with the various players in the industry and an extensive selection of potential providers for bakery ovens, proofers and automation, Pinso Benelux has decided to set up an exclusive collaboration with Kornfeil.
KORNFEIL has been known for many years as a manufacturer of high quality bakery ovens, proofers and automation for the artisanal, semi-industrial and industrial bakery. Their product range consists of:
Thermical Cyclo Therm Ovens
Starting from 8 m² and up to 31 m² baking surface with one or more temperatures. This oven is perfect for the baker who wants to bake products directly on the stone floor. Automated loading and unloading equipment is also available to reduce handling within your company.
Thermical Oil Ovens
Available in different versions — as a deck oven or a rack oven. These ovens can be supplied with multiple temperatures, even with one temperature zone per floor. Centrally heated thermal oil is circulated through a tube circuit; three-way valves provide flexible setting of the desired temperature per oven tunnel. One central heater can control up to 5 oven tunnels. These modular oven systems can be expanded as needed.
Tunnel Ovens / Band Ovens
Continuous ovens for the industrial bakery. Available in electrically heated, cyclo-thermical or thermical oil versions. Pinso Benelux is happy to work out a customized proposal for you.
Energy Saving Systems
