Meesterbakker Van Iersel chooses flexibility
For more than 20 years, the baker has produced his bread within a tunnel oven. After extensive consultation and analysis, Meesterbakker Van Iersel decided to make the switch to a Kornfeil thermal oil oven supplied through Pinso Benelux.
The decision was driven by the need for greater flexibility in production and the ability to bake different products simultaneously at different temperatures. The Kornfeil thermal oil oven meets these requirements perfectly.
The new installation allows the bakery to maintain its high quality standards while significantly improving production efficiency. Pinso Benelux guided the baker through the entire selection and installation process, ensuring a smooth transition from the old tunnel oven to the new system.
