Vosselaar — A smooth start with thermal oil technology
Bakker Smits, a convinced and professional baker, decided after a thorough analysis to proceed with the purchase of a THERMAL OIL OVEN delivered through Pinso Benelux. The oven was chosen to handle baking of all his products, replacing the older Ooms oven type Vesuvius.
Working with only one type of oven demands a great deal from both the baker and the oven itself. Restarting the bakery with the new thermal oil oven, combined with a new proofer-retarder supplied by KOMA, is set to help the bakery grow significantly.
Pinso BENELUX sold the oven and guided the baker during his first production run. The combination of the craftsmanship of baker Wesley Smits and the long experience of Johan Demeyere with ovens and their use in the bakery made for a smooth and successful start.
Follow-up and fine-tuning remain an integral part of our work with every installation. This reduces the time needed to optimize the new installation and helps achieve the best results as quickly as possible. Pinso is known for delivering and implementing BAKERY TECHNOLOGY for small, medium and industrial companies.
