Crux La Ville — A fresh, healthy and unique concept

At the request of our client Mr. Logan Cabretta, PINSO BENELUX and its external partners developed this new concept. The customer's demand was clear: fresh, healthy and unique.

For Italian products, this concept already existed. For Asian cuisine, you could only find the traditional "show baking" — a concept where the cook prepares food in front of the customer at the table or through an open kitchen, allowing customers to watch the preparation process.

In the Fresh24 shop, they prepare Chinese breads such as Hua Chuan, Koya Koya and various types of Dim Sum. The customer can choose to eat in the restaurant or take the freshly prepared food away. When the client started this concept, he had no prior experience in the catering business. With the help of our chef Zuko Baijiaxing, we were able to launch this new fastfood concept successfully.
