New Thermical Oil Oven to be Used with Stone Plates and Racks

Kachtem — Ruben Cools chooses versatility

Ruben Cools, a talented baker from West Flanders, decided after a thoughtful selection process to purchase a new thermal oil oven equipped with stone plates through Pinso Benelux. Being able to bake his products directly on the stone plates as well as on trays was very important to him. The first baking session fully lived up to expectations.

To simplify the startup, Pinso Benelux — based on information provided by the baker — established a first baking procedure tailored to his specific range of products.

The baker chose a rack oven with thermal oil technology: 2 racks of 60×80 cm each, 8 levels high. The oven was delivered complete with one rack fitted with stone plates and one rack with baking sheets. This arrangement allows the baker to produce a wide variety of products at consistent quality.
